Hi , I’m Daniel owner and head trainer of For Fitness BOOTCAMPS.
I have been involved with the fitness industry for 9 years training and motivating clients. I am a big believer you should ‘practice what you preach’ and I have experimented with all types of training and have a strong belief it’s not a ‘one size shoe fits all’ approach to training my clients.
Here at For Fitness BOOTCAMP we have a NO nonsense approach to Health & Fitness. It's our belief that in order to achieve your fitness goals you must train HARD, consistently Eat Well (you are what you eat) and allow sufficient REST for the BODY and MIND. I can help you to not only achieve your fitness goals, but take you beyond your expectations. As we embark on this fitness journey, you'll learn all the tricks of the trade.
For Fitness BOOTCAMPS are a non military style BOOTCAMP . Our sessions specialize in functional training which suit your goals and lifestyle and promise to deliver results. We cater for all goals whether they be fat loss, lean muscle, muscle building or sports related. For Fitness BOOTCAMPS deliver a high intensity functional workout which delivers fast results and is done outdoors , what better way to do exercise than with mother nature . Some of the equipment we use are Kettlebells, PowerBags , Power Sled, Power Ropes etc
