A CrossFit Class or WOD (workout of the day) is a high intensity strength and conditioning workout that can be scaled to suit ALL individuals. At CrossFit For Fitness you will receive personalised coaching in a group class format. Our classes involve a skill based warm up, skill or strength based training, the WOD and then stretching and mobility. The programing stays the same for all, however we scale workouts to work with an athlete's individual abilities and fitness levels to ensure the greatest physical adaption.
We run these sessions 6 days a week. Class sizes are strictly limited to a maximum of 15 athletes per WOD we have found this provides a great balance between coach/athlete interaction and a very healthy dose of competition!
We realise that a lot of our athletes have holes in the 10 General Skills , so at CrossFit For Fitness we offer specific classes and workshops to develop and complement your effectiveness in our main CrossFit classes.
Completions of our On Ramp course ( 6 classes) or our For321 class is a prerequiste to join any of our main classes.
